Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch căn cứ các văn bản của Ban Thường trực Ủy ban Trung ương Mặt trận Tổ quốc Việt Nam và Bộ Văn hóa Thể thao và Du lịch về hướng dẫn chỉ đạo cuộc vận động “Toàn dân đoàn kết xây dựng đời sống văn hóa ở khu dân cư” để vận dụng xây dựng các tiêu chí thi đua và danh hiệu thi đua Thôn (bản, khu dân cư) văn hóa, cơ quan văn hóa phù hợp với địa bàn dân cư và tình hình đặc điểm của đơn vị, địa phương.
