Điều 13. Tổ chức thực hiện.
Giám đốc Sở Tài chính có trách nhiệm hướng dẫn cụ thể và tổ chức thực hiện Quy định này.
Thủ trưởng các Sở, Ban, ngành cấp tỉnh có liên quan, Chủ tịch UBND các huyện, thị xã, các tổ chức, cơ quan, doanh nghiệp, cá nhân sản xuất kinh doanh đóng trên địa bàn tỉnh Quảng Trị, căn cứ vào chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn, nghĩa vụ của mình để triển khai, thực hiện đúng các văn bản pháp luật về giá và nội dung bản Quy định này.
