Điều 5. Trách nhiệm thi hành
1. Sở Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội tỉnh Cao Bằng chịu trách nhiệm triển khai thực hiện quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn, cơ cấu tổ chức đã được Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh phê duyệt.
2. Trong quá trình thực hiện, nếu có văn bản của cơ quan nhà nước cấp trên điều chỉnh, bổ sung, thay thế các nhiệm vụ của ngành. Giám đốc Sở Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội trình Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh xem xét, quyết định việc sửa đổi, bổ sung, thay thế Quyết định này cho phù hợp./.
