Điều 5. Điều khoản thi hành
1. Giao Trưởng Ban Dân tộc chỉ đạo, triển khai và tổ chức thực hiện quy định chức năng nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn, cơ cấu tổ chức của Ban đã được Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh phê duyệt.
2. Trong quá trình thực hiện, nếu có văn bản của cơ quan nhà nước cấp trên điều chỉnh, Trưởng Ban Dân tộc phối hợp với Giám đốc Sở Nội vụ trình Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh xem xét, quyết định về việc sửa đổi, bổ sung, thay thế Quyết định này cho phù hợp./.
