QUYẾT ĐỊNH
Sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Quyết định số 39/2015/QĐ-UBND ngày 23 tháng 11 năm 2015 của Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Sóc Trăng quy định thẩm quyền cấp giấy phép xây dựng; quy mô công trình và thời hạn tồn tại của công trình theo giấy phép xây dựng có thời hạn trên địa bàn tỉnh Sóc Trăng
ỦY BAN NHÂN DÂN TỈNH SÓC TRĂNG
Căn cứ Luật tổ chức chính quyền địa phương ngày 19 tháng 6 năm 2015;
Căn cứ Luật ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật ngày 22 tháng 6 năm 2015;
Căn cứ Luật xây dựng ngày 18 tháng 6 năm 2014;
Căn cứ Thông tư số 15/2016/TT-BXD ngày 30 tháng 6 năm 2016 của Bộ Xây dựng hướng dẫn cấp giấy phép xây dựng;
Theo đề nghị của Giám đốc Sở Xây dựng tỉnh Sóc Trăng,
QUYẾT ĐỊNH:
Điều 1. Sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Quyết định số 39/2015/QĐ-UBND ngày 23 tháng 11 năm 2015 của Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Sóc Trăng quy định thẩm quyền cấp giấy phép xây dựng; quy mô công trình và thời hạn tồn tại của công trình theo giấy phép xây dựng có thời hạn trên địa bàn tỉnh Sóc Trăng, như sau:
1. Bổ sung điểm e và điểm g vào Khoản 1 Điều 2 như sau:
“e) Công trình thuộc dự án;
g) Các công trình khác do Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh phân cấp.”
2. Thay thế Phụ lục Danh mục các tuyến, trục đường phố chính trong đô thị trên địa bàn tỉnh Sóc Trăng ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 39/2015/QĐ-UBND ngày 23 tháng 11 năm 2015 của Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Sóc Trăng bằng Phụ lục kèm theo Quyết định này.
Điều 2. Điều khoản thi hành
1. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 05 tháng 3 năm 2017.
2. Giám đốc Sở Xây dựng phối hợp các sở, ban ngành, đơn vị có liên quan hướng dẫn, theo dõi và kiểm tra thực hiện Quyết định này.
3. Chánh Văn phòng Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh, Giám đốc Sở Xây dựng, Thủ trưởng các sở ngành, Trưởng Ban Quản lý các khu công nghiệp, Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân các huyện, thị xã, thành phố, tỉnh Sóc Trăng và các tổ chức, cá nhân có liên quan căn cứ Quyết định thi hành./.
